Field Superintendents

Field Superintendents are volunteer overseers appointed by the conference superintendent, who are available to assist 4-6 local churches and their pastors in ministry; this is their field.

Your field superintendent...

- Is the first person for the pastor or delegate to call at a conference level with questions or for help.
- Will pray for and offer coaching to the pastors in their field.
- Will encourage and support pastoral health.
- Will offer or make available training when appropriate.
- Can provide guidance during pastoral transition or church crisis.
- Provides connection between the local church and the resources of the Genesis Conference.
