CMC Annual Interviews

Each year, the MEG (Ministerial Education & Guidance) board meets with CMCs to assess their journey toward ordination.
Each interview looks like it is an hour and a half long, but is, in fact, 3 20-minute conversation that covers the areas of HEAD (your theological training), HEART (your spiritual formation), and HANDS (where and how you serve).
