MET LIFE – Life, Disability, and AD&D Insurance

According to the Genesis policy, the minimum financial package for a pastor should include life insurance, disability insurance, and accidental death & dismemberment insurance.

This is available as a group policy for your pastor through the Conference. The local church is responsible for making timely premium payments to Conference if this method is used.

For enrollments, a copy of the completed form is to be sent to Ellen Horton, with the original signed copies sent to Katrina Wilkins at PO Box 206  N Chili, NY  14524.
